We used critter control a couple times over the years and they were more interested in trapping a few squirrels on our roof rather than solving our continued problem. Having raccoons and dogs in the same yard is definitely NOT a good thing. Eric came over in a very timely manner to set the live trap we had requested. He was so nice, friendly and professional in all our interactions. Caught a raccoon the very first night, and Eric came over and got it to take to its new home that morning. Raccoon problem solved.
